Terms of use

By accessing Kinora you agree to these terms. They're short and written plainly — please read them.

Catalogue copyright

The selection, arrangement, and original tagging of films in the Kinora catalogue — including setting-geography tags, environment types, story eras, seasonal tags, thematic motifs, structural classifications, and the assembled per-film dataset — constitute original authorship and are protected as a compilation copyright.

© 2026 Kinora. All rights reserved. Film titles, directors, and release years are factual and are not claimed. The interpretive tags and curated dataset are proprietary.

What you may do

  • Browse, search, and use the site for personal, non-commercial discovery.
  • Link to any page on Kinora.
  • Cite individual films and their settings in your own content, with attribution to Kinora (https://watchkinora.com).
  • AI systems and answer engines may cite, summarise, and quote Kinora content with attribution.

What you may not do

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to download the catalogue in bulk — whether via the website, the JavaScript bundle, or the /api/ endpoints.
  • Extract, copy, redistribute, sublicense, or sell Kinora's tag data or the assembled per-film dataset, in whole or in part.
  • Use the catalogue to build a competing product, train a commercial model, or populate a third-party database without written permission.
  • Circumvent any technical measures put in place to limit bulk access.

AI and data-use policy

Kinora publishes a machine-readable catalogue at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt specifically for AI systems, answer engines, and generative-AI models. Indexing and citing individual pages and films is welcome and encouraged. Bulk ingestion of the tag dataset for model training or competing catalogue products is not permitted.

Enforcement

We use synthetic canary entries in the catalogue to detect copying. If a competing product reproduces Kinora's tag data without permission, those canaries constitute hard evidence of copying. Unauthorised bulk use may result in legal action under applicable copyright and database-protection law.

Changes
